Matt Navarro is a senior global executive with a consistent history of building successful brands, developing highly effective commercial strategies, and developing business teams and capabilities to drive growth. He currently serves as Global President of Stanley 1913, the iconic food and drinkware brand, delivering record financial results by transforming the commercial, operations, and consumer strategy, establishing key partnerships with top organizations, providing strong brand leadership, and creating a premium consumer experience globally. Prior to Stanley, Matt held executive leadership roles at Amer Sports, including VP of Sales, where he managed the company's portfolio of brands to increase market share and accelerate profitability. Matt resides in Park City, UT, with his wife and three sons, where he is active in the Park City community as a coach, mentor, and volunteer.
