Jessica Klodnicki

CEO KT Tape

Jessica Klodnicki is the CEO of KT Tape, the leading brand of kinesiology tape and sports medicine products for active consumers, part of Palladin Consumer Retail Partners. She is also an operating partner with Centre Partners private equity group where she serves on the board of Gathr Outdoors, an outdoor recreation portfolio of brands. She recently served on the board of directors of venture backed circular commerce cycling retailer, The Pro’s Closet. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Skullcandy, where she was honored on the 2022 Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO List and the Forbes 2021 CMO Next List for her teams’ innovative marketing programming. Prior to joining Skullcandy, Jessica served as the EVP/General Manager of a portfolio of cycling helmet and accessory brands, led by Bell helmets. During that time, she was recognized with the Pioneering Woman award for the cycling industry by Camber Outdoors. She was involved in the sale of the business from private equity firm Fenway Partners to Vista Outdoor in April of 2016. Post-sale, she led the newly formed Outdoor Recreation division including CamelBak, Camp Chef and Jimmy Styks stand up paddle boards. Jessica first entered the sporting goods business as the Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing at Mizuno USA, where she led brand strategy and marketing for the running, golf and team sports businesses. Prior to that, Jessica led product and marketing for Newell Brands across three different businesses in their portfolio, including an ex-pat assignment to their Paris headquarters. She started her career leading product and marketing for privately held Kids2 infant toy company. She also has a history of non-profit board service and has served on the boards of the International Mountain Bicycling Association, the Park City Chamber & Visitor Bureau, Protect Our Winters, People for Bikes, Camber Outdoors and Girls on the Run Atlanta. In her free time, Jessica is an avid mountain biker, skier, camper and yoga enthusiast.
