Jack Kane

Board Member Health Catalyst

John (Jack) A. Kane is on the board of Health Catalyst, Inc., and has served as the audit committee chairman and currently is board chairman. Mr. Kane also serves on the boards of Polly, LLC, as audit chairman, IXIS LLC, as board chairman, and Greensea IQ as audit chairman. He previously occupied the position of Vice President-General Electric Healthcare at General Electric Healthcare Technologies, CFO, Treasurer & Senior VP at IDX Systems Corp., and Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Kane is also serving as chairman of the National Advisory Council at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and has served as a board member on several not-for-profit organizations. In addition to the current responsibilities, Mr. Kane has served on boards of Athenahealth, Inc., Aesynt, Inc., Open Tempo, Inc and thirteen other companies both private and public. He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
