Don Brett is the President of Pattern Advisory. With a rich career spanning since June 2023 at Pattern®, Don has led the company to become a powerhouse in global ecommerce acceleration, enabling brands to excel on marketplace platforms across 60 countries. Don is also the founder of The Retail eCommerce Club, an exclusive network for executive leaders (100+), founded in December 2021 to foster community, collaboration, and career growth among its members. Beyond this, he hosts The CPG View podcast, offering invaluable insights into the Consumer Packaged Goods industry for Omni-Channel Leaders worldwide. Before joining Pattern, Don held pivotal roles, including GM & Chief Commercial Officer at NBG Home and a significant tenure at Newell Brands, where he spearheaded eCommerce strategies across major platforms. His expertise in digital transformation, combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, has marked him as a leader in navigating the complexities of today's digital marketplace.
