Jesse McLean is the Founder and CEO of Scratch Golf Lab, a technology infused golf training company with five state-of-the-art facilities across Utah. Scratch Golf Lab is renowned for its personalized coaching and innovative training resources, designed to help golfers of all skill levels accelerate their rate of improvement. Before founding Scratch Golf Lab, Jesse gained his experience in operations and management through a variety of roles and industries. He served as the General Manager of Operations for the development and construction division of Lonestar Builders (exclusive developer for Quick Quack Car Wash), overseeing all aspects of commercial expansion in Utah, Texas and Colorado. Prior to his tenure with Lonestar, he led the Project Management department for Vivint’s field service operations, utilizing his ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively. Jesse holds a Bachelor Degree from BYU-Idaho. Beyond his professional life, Jesse is the proud father of six kids (three boys and three girls) and husband of 14 years to Michele Christensen from Preston, Idaho. Jesse and his family reside in Mapleton, Utah where he has spent the last six years serving as chairman or commissioner of the local planning and zoning board.
