Currently, you’ll find him doing one of two things: consulting or speaking on how to humanize your brand experience while eating tacos or delivering deep-fried happiness to churro lovers everywhere as the founder and owner-operator of the premiere gourmet churro experience company based in Utah —San Diablo Artisan Churros. For 8 years, San Diablo has been providing award-winning fresh filled mini churros at 8000+ fairs, festivals and celebrations for weddings, parties and corporate events. Post-pandemic, San Diablo entered the e-commerce world with the wildly successful consumer and corporate gift of their at-home churro-making kit — the Churro Fiesta in a Box. This year, San Diablo launched a frozen churro line to give consumers and restauranteurs a convenient and gourmet churro options for anytime snacks and desserts.

We specialize in gourmet, artisan, filled churros and churro-making experiences and have provided deep-fried happiness to churro lovers at 8,000+ weddings, parties, corporate events, fairs, festivals and sporting and theme park venues like the Delta Center and Real Salt Lake Stadium. Over 25,000 churro-making kits have been a catalyst for countless happy churro memories as corporate gifts and holiday treats. In 2024, we launched a new line frozen churro line to offer consumers a convenient anytime snack and elevated dessert from their favorite retail and grocers' freezers and as a premium churro menu option at discerning restaurants and food services across the country.
