Monte Deere’s career began in law, which he practiced for over 25 years before becoming the CEO of Kizik. As a founding partner at a full-service firm, Monte led a mergers and acquisitions team that represented clients in transactions of all sizes in a variety of industries. Kizik was one of these clients, and Monte spearheaded the 2019 negotiation of a long-term license agreement with Nike. Recognizing Kizik’s growth potential and market dominance in innovation and technology, including a robust patent portfolio, he joined the company as CEO.
