Converge AI Brings Industry Questions to UVU
Orem, Utah (November 6, 2026).
Nucleus Institute’s Converge AI series brought businesses, faculty and students to Utah Valley University on November 5 to connect practical AI challenges with university research and teaching. Presenters from Pattern, JobNimbus, Entrata, PassiveLogic and SchoolAI discussed commercial value, engineering quality, building safety and evidence of student learning. UVU’s Matt North reported that 139 faculty had received training during the previous year and 45 degree or certificate programs included applied AI material. The event emphasized human expertise and research partnerships rather than assuming faster development proves better outcomes. The series next visits Utah State University on November 10.
