Park City, Utah (November 4, 2026).
Phaze announced an $8.75 million seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from NextView, Makers, Lerer Hippeau and Indie. Founded by Parsec cofounders Benjy Boxer and Christopher Dickson, Phaze develops remote desktop infrastructure intended to let employees and AI agents share company-managed workstations. The company describes tools for allocating pooled computers, applying access controls and allowing people to intervene in agent sessions. Funding is intended to expand engineering, accelerate product development and grow its customer base. The announcement includes no customer counts or measured performance results, so claimed productivity advantages remain unquantified.
