Notorio Combines Startup Records, Ownership Tracking and AI-Assisted Documents

Notorio is combining company formation, registered agent services, ownership tracking and document management in a platform aimed at early-stage businesses. Founder Leo Lupiano, an entrepreneur in residence at Utah Tech University and a UNLV law student, says the software helps founders organize records otherwise scattered across separate services. Its AI tools can retrieve company information and prepare agreement drafts connected to stakeholder records and electronic signatures. Lupiano reports dozens of clients but has not disclosed detailed revenue or customer figures. The company positions AI-generated documents as starting points for review, not replacements for qualified legal advice.
