Breakfast Palooza Marks Three Years of Utah Entrepreneur Connections

Salt Lake City, Utah (November 6, 2026).

Breakfast Palooza marked its third anniversary at The Garden Place at This Is The Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake City on November 6. Founders Nathan and Lacey Byrd brought entrepreneurs together for breakfast, live music and spontaneous accounts of business and personal progress. The “MORPH” program explored transformation, relationships and incremental steps toward goals rather than focusing only on revenue or fundraising. Nathan Byrd traced the event’s beginnings to family maple syrup, pancake mix and a shared love of music. Performances included Shaun Barrowes and Phillip Enkey, while a sponsor invited support for holiday assistance benefiting children.
