Appli Founder Tim Pranger Receives Credit Union Technology Honor

Salt Lake City, Utah (November 6, 2026).

Appli founder and CEO Tim Pranger received the technology-provider Rising Star award at Credit Union Times’ 2026 Luminaries Awards in Orlando. The Utah company develops AI-assisted financial calculators intended to help credit union members explore borrowing options before applying. Appli reports working with 30 credit unions and more than $2 billion in cumulative member calculations, which are not funded loans. It says the tools provide guidance without collecting personal information. Pranger previously co-founded POPi/o. Appli has also introduced property-valuation and rate-management tools, along with pricing for credit unions holding less than $300 million in assets.
