Status page after the fact

Support got the screenshots. Status page still said operational.

Nobody had flipped it. By the time it turned yellow, people had already decided we were down and quiet.

If the page only moves after the incident, it’s a record, not communication.

How do other Utah teams handle live status when the person who “owns the page” is offline?
