Hi everyone, I'm Nate Baird, founder of Utah Data Partners (and a licensed Utah contractor). AI labs are paying companies to license their internal business records, like job files, CRM and project history with customer details removed, and most Utah businesses don't know that's an option. We connect companies that have those records with the labs that want them, and the company keeps ownership because it's a license, not a sale. Early days.
