Green in staging isn’t green in prod

The deploy was green.

Production had a config flag staging never set. First real traffic hit the missing path. Rollback was “we’ll figure it out.”

Green in staging only means staging is green.

How are other Utah builders keeping staging honest without a huge platform team?
