On February 19, 2009, Merit entered into an Agreement with Hydromer, Inc. and Biosearch Medical Products, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hydromer, Inc. Merit has agreed to acquire assets relating to certain products of Biosearch for $1,600,000 to Biosearch for such assets
