Document Storage Systems Inc. (DSS) today announced that it has acquired Informatix Laboratories Corporation (ILC) of Salt Lake City, Utah. Acquiring ILC and their expertise with the RPMS system will allow DSS to quickly integrate their products. It is not known whether or not ILC maintain offices in Utah.
