Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
The Associate Director of Sales Training will support all areas of the Sales Training Department. Specific areas of responsibility will be for curriculum design, development, and execution for field manager level training. This position will perform field sales management needs assessments for current managers as well as designing training for developmental candidates. This position will aid in the development of all launch materials and the execution of training functions within POA Meetings.
Candidates for this position should possess a proven track record of success and the ability to excel in all areas of product knowledge and sales training techniques, including but not limited to the following:
• Develop New Hire Training for Field Managers and develop the developmental curriculum for future management candidates.
• Build specific behavioral competencies for field positions.
• Develop sales process for launch teams in conjunction with all functional areas.
• Develop field coaching model, teach to field managers, and develop field process to assess performance in the field.
• Build developmental training process to prepare candidates for increased responsibility.
• Develop continuing field manager training curriculum post launch.
• Participate in facilitation of training for launch activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, concentration in business, education, or life sciences
• 5 Years Pharmaceutical/Biotech commercial operations
• 2 Years Pharmaceutical/Biotech Sales Training Experience
• 3 Years Sales Management Experience
• 2 Year Sales Representative Experience Required
• Budget Process and Management Experience
Preferred Skills:
• Neurology/AD Experience
• MBA
• Product Launch Experience
• Experience Developing New/Launch Sales Training Curriculum
• Co Promotion Experience
