Our Java engineers provide application development for our clients and foster expertise in their IT staff. Primary responsibilities include all or a combination of the following.
• Meet with client business users and IT staff
• Analyze and evaluate IT projects
• Develop project plans and strategy
• Build new and enhance existing software applications

• Assist in developing training and support processes, as needed

Required Technical Experience:
• 5+ years designing / building software applications
• 3+ years Hands-on (Java) experience
• Proven track record accomplishing organizational goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solver

Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor of Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Technical Certifications
• J2EE, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, Tapestry, Spring, or Acegi

Additional Pluses:
• OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
• Knowledge Relational database design
• Technical Certifications
• Agile (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming - XP) experience
