As our Director of Graphic and Interaction Design, you will have a DIRECT and very POWERFUL impact on the success of EnticeLabs. You will have a strong influence on the work environment, culture and the team members. The early bird gets to help make the nest!

EnticeLabs is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Interactive Creative Director that can catapult our brand and user experience to a level that makes the world stand up and say “wow!”. EnticeLabs is a revolutionary company, so our brand and user experience can’t be plain Jane. It has to provoke strong, unforgettable emotions with a style as unique and exciting as we are.

This is an executive level position and your work will be on the international stage, so this position requires someone who has a yearning desire to make something great and have their work become the design standards for the next generation of web interfaces. Our main web applications will be built in Flex/Flash so your creative canvas is limitless!

In your role as our Interactive Creative Director, you will be in charge of user interface layout and design of every aspect of our cutting-edge web application (our “bread and butter”) as well as branding/identity, presentations, marketing collateral and our front end website design.

This is a high flying start-up and therefore it is essential that every member of our early team be extremely excited and passionate about the opportunity to work in a start-up where each individual effort directly impacts the success of the company. If you like the boring “9 to 5” structure or if the thought of retiring early isn’t appealing, EnticeLabs is definitely not for you.

Here are some qualities we are looking for in our Interactive Creative Director:

• High-end, crisp, clean design ability
• Very creative in thought and design. Not afraid of breaking design “rules”
• Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of what makes a truly great interactive experience
• The ability to set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process
• A solid understanding of both business and user goals and how they relate
• Experience in designing/developing Flash for Flex applications is desirable
• Strong CSS understanding
• The ability to lay out information and web pages in a logical and easily navigable hierarchy with excellent understanding of interactive design principles, usability, and online branding issues
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to 'word-smith' creatively
• Being excited about working with short timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast paced start-up environment
• Ability to create great designs under pressure.
• A groundbreaking portfolio reflecting strong experience in Interaction Design
• Passion and excitement to work at a high flying start-up
• Super-motivated and a desire to conquer the world.
