BOOKEEPER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This position is for a detail oriented bookkeeper with a pleasant personality. We need someone to maintain the day to day books of the company while handling any administrative duties for the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
> Payables
> Receivables
> Collection calls
> HR documentation
> Filing
> Administrative assistant to the CEO
Required Skills/Experience:
> Must have experience with Quickbooks and Excel
> Basic accounting skills
> Great oral and written communication
> Other MS Office Suite experience preferred
> HR experience helpful
