Mr. Krause has over 15 years of experience in management, call center operations and customer service. His results driven and customer oriented approach has allowed the IKANO call center to grow to a premier 24x7x365 service operation. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Krause has formed a team of professionals that are both dedicated and passionate about customer service. Todd and his team are continually finding ways to improve the operation by creating, developing and implementing new systems and processes as well as innovative call center and customer service tools.
Prior to joining to IKANO, Mr. Krause worked as Business Analyst for EDS. He also managed promotional campaigns for Coca-Cola and Nestle. Mr. Krause has a B.S. in Mass Communication and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah. He has done graduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington and has received his MBA from Weber State University..
