Neider comes to AtTask with 15 years of business management experience. Previously, he served as Vice President in the U.S. Corporate Groups of Bank of America and KBC Bank where he assisted clients in numerous transactions covering syndicated senior debt, high yield debt, asset monetization, subordinated and mezzanine debt, letters of credit, equity derivatives, sale leasebacks, cash management, foreign exchange, project finance and real estate that represented over $5.5 billion in commitments.

Prior to that, Shawn worked with Fortune 100 clients as a strategic planning consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked on business process reengineering, sales automation, call center technologies, new customer attraction/retention, alliance network development, knowledge capital management, e-commerce, cost reduction initiatives and systems integration projects.

Most recently, Neider founded and served as President and CEO of Sandman Studios, a visual effects and multimedia production studio that has created award-winning work for feature film, television and corporate clients. Neider's own experience with @task was what eventually led him to join the AtTask team. "I was a big fan of @task as a client," said Neider.
