Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to VacationRoost after spending more than 11 years in the Internet travel, retail, and software technology fields. She has headed up strategic marketing and product development in some of the most successful travel companies on the Net.

During her time at Expedia Inc, Michelle held Customer Marketing and Product Management positions where she focused on developing new customer marketing strategies and new online feature development. As Director of Product Management, Michelle worked closely with the various lines of business and IT groups to develop revenue-focused strategies and tactics across the Hotels.com brand and affiliate sites. Her creative thinking was critical in developing strategies that veered travelers away from call centers and towards booking hotels and vacation rentals online. She conducted customer-experience focus groups and managed numerous complex projects where she has discovered the best techniques to make a thriving Web site.

In other leadership roles at Avao Corporation, ITMC, and Opus Healthcare Solutions, she worked on software platforms, developed and oversaw major product launches, and was responsible for all aspects of marketing.

Michelle received a Bachelor's in Science from Oakland University.
