Vice President Sales. Marty Stephens came to Merit with 27 years' experience in sales. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President of the Property and Casualty Division of Zions Insurance Agency. During his time with Zions, he established the Commercial Sales Department and organized it into one of the largest and fastest growing in the state of Utah. He also managed the sales and service departments for both personal and commercial sales. Mr. Stephens is the former Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives, the only Speaker in Utah history to have been elected for three terms.
