PRIORITY Data Systems was formed with only two employees in March of 1979 to provide computerized accounting services to independent insurance agencies. By 1982, PRIORITY was already expanding and launched the Information Management Services Division as an extension of the existing business. Although the divisions were distinct, they worked together to provide a more complete set of offerings.
