Compeq Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based company founded in 1973, is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Companys PCB products mainly include general-purposed multilayer PCBs, high density interconnection (HDI) PCBs, high layer count (HLC) PCBs, flexible printed circuits (FPCs) and rigid-flexible PCBs. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company obtained approximately 99% of its total revenue from its PCB business. The Companys products are applied to computers and their peripherals, such as servers, laptops and desktops; networking products, including routers, hubs and switches, as well as telecommunications products and consumer electronics, such as liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions, digital cameras and digital video cameras.
